We built this structure in a private garden, for the client to enjoy entertaining friends and family away from their house. The idea for this structure was based on having great views of their beautiful garden, while relaxing and dining.

The design process between ourselves and the client was a lot of fun. We allowed the idea of what this space could be, to develop into the perfect dining experience. It includes a fridge and dishwasher, built into the bespoke elm kitchen and UV-resistant sliding doors. 

The ‘structure within a structure’ design, allows the butter patted sweet chestnut round wood frame to offer incredible character, while the seasoned oak pillars allow the high end sliding door system to work perfectly.

The floor canter leavers out over the pond, with carefully calculated reinforced steel being worked into the concrete base. All aspects of the build were challenging and equally rewarding.

We are so happy with the finished structure and know that it will be very well used and appreciated for years to come.
