The structures and roofs are made with locally felled and milled larch. The trellis is hand-clefted by our friends from Cleft & Hewn, using wood felled in the local sweet chestnut coppice.

When working on the design of this space with the client, it was important to ensure that the structures complemented the garden while also being sensibly positioned and practical.

We are incredibly proud of the finished product and can’t wait to revisit over the years to see how the garden has taken ownership of the structures… and obviously the trellis!
