The Lookout

The Brief
This tree house structure was designed for a private garden. The design brief was for it to include an area for children to play and for adults to enjoy socialising, relaxing, yoga and enjoy the view of their garden.
The Design
The woven willow walls provide some privacy and a wind break, when seated. The size of the structure provides a fantastic play area under the decks. We also added some varying height diagonal swing bars between some of the posts, for extra fun!
The main play features are the branchy climbing wall with rope and an abseiling rope back down, from a 3m floor height!
The Result
We are so proud of this structure. The long design journey we went on with this really shows in the finished product. We tried to maximise the space and the number of features, while not taking up too much of the garden and keeping it flexible in terms of usage.
